Kaspersky's products are well-received because they blend many visionary and leading technologies together in one solution. Kaspersky's market share in the PC sector has been growing swiftly in China, and since early 2009 the company has also been gradually expanding its presence in the corporate market. The Kaspersky Open Space Security Release 2 is for corporate customers who have ever-increasing security needs.

The Kaspersky Lab Commonwealth Antarctic Expedition Team, comprising seven women from six Commonwealth countries, set off in November 2009 with the aim of reaching the South Pole. For the next 40 days, they will ski 900km while pulling 80kg sledges loaded with food, fuel and equipment. The team will face blinding blizzards, fierce winds, hidden crevasses and temperatures that can plummet to -40C. If they are successful in reaching the South Pole on skis, the team members from Brunei and Cyprus will be the first people from their respective countries to do so whilst their fellow team members from India, New Zealand, and Singapore will be the first women from their respective countries to complete this arduous journey.

Speaking at the press conference, Harry Cheung commented; “Confident and Strong, Going Bravely Forward’ demonstrates the true spirit of the Kaspersky Lab Commonwealth Antarctic Expedition Team and is reflective of Kaspersky's aggressive spirit to advance the information security industry.”
