On The Best of the Best Awards 2009 held by Hi-Tech Weekly, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2009 and Kaspersky Open Space Security, two products of Kaspersky Lab, won two prizes in the categories of Anti-Virus Software and Network Security Software, respectively.
Candidate products of The Best of the Best Awards were nominated by professional editors of Hi-Tech Weekly, based on the their quality, service and market share, and then voted by the public and the judge panel. The products of Kaspersky Lab stood out from the competition, as a result of its professional service and the public’s high evaluation of the brand.
The Best of the Best Awards was held annually by a famous IT magazine in Hong Kong, Hi-Tech Weekly, from 2006, with the goal of praising and encouraging prominent IT products and service providers. It is one of the most acknowledged IT products awards, and Yahoo! Hong Kong is one of its partners. Besides 120,000 readers of Hi-Tech Weekly, The Best of the Best Awards also attracted a large number of users to vote for their favorite IT products every year.
